We’re dedicated to helping people of all backgrounds improve happiness and well-being
We’re a team of professional counsellors equipped with warm hearts and open minds. We’re empathetic, practical, and focused first on helping you craft the life you want to live. Working together, we help you locate inner calm, clarity and confidence, and help you navigate the difficult situations that life presents.
At Fieldwork, we hold two simple beliefs: that everybody is deserving of inner wellness, and that everybody carries with them what they need to achieve it. We’re here to help you get there.
The connection you share with your Counsellor is the single most important factor for getting the outcomes you’re looking for. All of our Counsellors offer the opportunity to share a conversation first, for you to get a sense of whether they’re a fit for you.
Each of our Counsellors offer sessions online and in-person out of Vancouver offices. All of our Counsellors hold advanced graduate-level training and experience in counselling.
Counselling can take many forms, depending on what you’re feeling, and what you’re facing. We offer caring support for experiences such as stress, grief and loss, divorce and separation. We also offer structured, personalized treatment for problems such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, including PTSD.
We also help with the other side of the wellness spectrum — if you’re feeling good and wanting to focus on personal growth and development, we’re here to help you hone your strengths and values, and reach the next stages of your development.
Not sure where to start? Answer a few simple questions and we’ll personally suggest two counsellors who fit what you’re looking for.
