Please note that we cannot do session bookings, cancellations, or rescheduling by phone. Your counsellor will return your call by their next working day.

If your session is more than 24 hours away, you cancel or reschedule it through your client profile. If it’s less than 24 hours away, you’ll need contact your counsellor to make a change.

The building is controlled-entry. If possible, please aim to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment. Buzz 205 and we will let you in. Our office is located on the second floor, at the end of the hall. Let yourself in and take a seat in the waiting area.

Parking and Transit

If you’re driving you can find paid parking in nearby parking lots, as well as on the side streets. We recommend giving yourself extra time to find parking, as it’s a busy area. (Hint: the lot at 2520 Columbia is a 10-minute walk away and is usually almost empty.)

If you’re taking transit there are bus stops within a 30-second walk of the front doors, served by 009 and the 99 B-Line.

If you’re biking you’ll find ample bike parking around the building. (Space is very limited in our office, so we unfortunately do not have bike parking inside.)
