Payments are accepted by Visa (including Visa Debit), MasterCard, and American Express. Note that we require 24-hours’ notice for cancellations. The full session fee will be charged for sessions with less notice. As an alternative to cancelling, you are welcome to change an in-person session to online — simply email your counsellor to make this change.
Our services are recognized by most major insurers, including Canada Life, GreenShield, iA, Manulife, Pacific Blue Cross, Medavie Blue Cross and SunLife. We recommend you confirm your plan coverage prior to beginning counselling: check your benefits package, or contact your plan representative.
Some of our counsellors are registered with the First Nations Health Authority to provide counselling to members of First Nations. Our fees are fully covered for people approved under these programs. You can contact us to learn more, and to begin the registration process.
Some of our counsellors are registered to provide counselling to survivors and witnesses of major crimes. You must be assigned a case number prior to beginning counselling. Note that clients are responsible for the difference between CVAP coverage and our fees.
