Navigating the terrain of our lives is often daunting. Maybe you’re looking to support your growth as you move through the challenges of daily life, or perhaps you’re experiencing distress, grief, depression, anxiety, and/or self-esteem issues. Regardless of where you are in your journey, I am here to walk with you.

You are the expert of your own experience, and you hold a powerful capacity for growth and healing. As a counsellor, I am passionate about providing a safe, non-judgmental, and authentic space for the expression and exploration of that experience. We can work together to identify patterns and determine your goals for well-being. Amidst the demands of every day, here is a safe harbor for reflection, connection, feeling, restoration, empowerment, insight and clarification.

No two people’s experiences are alike, and I believe in a personalized and collaborative approach. My counselling style is holistic, attending to mind, body and spirit. You can expect warmth and compassion, combined with an approach that is grounded in evidence-based tools tailored to your needs and goals. You don’t have to go it alone.
