She/her,

Associate Counsellor

Feeling overwhelmed, in pain, or stuck? You’re not alone. Whether it’s your past, present, or future weighing you down, there’s hope for brighter tomorrows, with wisdom can be gained from our problems. I invite you to begin or resume your journey of finding and harnessing your hope. Confronting and exploring our struggles can be scary, but I’ll be with you every step of the way toward better well-being. Let’s create the brighter tomorrows you deserve.

I believe that everyone has the capacity for healing and cultivating a fulfilling life within themselves. My goal is to provide you with a safe space to uncover this capacity and create your own path to healing. You will feel heard, respected, and understood in this non-judgemental space, where we can uncover the roots of problems, and locate new potential for growth. I use cognitive-behavioural, internal family systems, existential, and narrative-based approaches in my practice. Together, we can find the methods that suit you best..
