My purpose is to use authentic human connection to walk with you through life’s journey, through the ups and downs of these emotional struggles. You are the author of your life story and I collaboratively help you explore your values to create your own personal truth. Using techniques grounded in neuroscience, polyvagal theory, and attachment theory, I help you access skills to not only find relief from distress, but also to create more joy, courage, and zest in your life and relationships.
