My goal is to provide you a space to explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and experiences without judgement. My work is to support and provide guidance for you to better understand how experiences have shaped you. Together, we will discover strategies that are helpful in supporting you to unpack what is making you feel stuck, and navigate the difficulties that may be holding you back.
My approach is rooted in the belief that our physical, mental, and emotional aspects of our selves are interconnected in a marvelous web. In my work, I draw from my ten years’ of experience working in health and wellness, specializing in mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork. The core of my practice draws from a combination of internal family systems, somatic, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioural theories. Most importantly, I believe you are the expert in your life, and we’ll collaborate to empower your journey of self-discovery.
