Kevin Erickson, Associate Counsellor

Whether you want to move past your past, feel better in the present, or stop worrying about your future, I can help. We are all individuals striving to be a better version of ourselves. What “better” looks like is different for everyone, and yours can only be defined by you. My role is to support and guide you in understanding your challenges, defining your desired outcomes, and creating your “better.” Whether it’s addressing anxiety or depression, improving relationships, exploring your identity, or something else that is keeping you stuck, I’m here to help.

We all have our superpowers. Mine include genuine curiosity and deep listening skills. I want to know you and how you experience the world and explore this together. I believe we are all capable of living the life we want. Sometimes we just need a little help seeing the forest through the trees or creating a new path through that forest.

Are you afraid to try counselling because you believe you’ll be judged? I get it. Opening up to a person who you do not know can be intimidating. That’s why you will dictate the pace at which we get to know each other and how much you share. You are the expert on you. I will provide the “therapy stuff,” always in a place and space that is free of judgment and respectful of your boundaries. You will feel seen, heard, and respected. Real talk, real progress.
