I can help you sift through your thoughts and feelings, while uncovering strengths and strategies for future growth. I come from a trauma-informed and client-centred lens. I cultivate respectful curiosity in getting to know what solutions align with your needs; collaboratively creating pathways that lead to a life in line with your values and goals. I have over twenty years of experience in somatic modalities of movement and meditation which informs my practice. By taking the time to reflect on and develop an awareness of our inner landscape, we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and create lasting opportunities for personal growth.
