She/her,

Associate Counsellor

Sabrina Forcier

Being weighed down by your thoughts, emotions, or trouble in your relationships takes a toll on us. I work to provide you with a safe space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and behaviours the way you need to, free from judgment. Together, we will work to reveal the depths of your inner world, with all its uniqueness and richness. You are the expert on your own life, knowing your strengths, weaknesses, hopes, and aspirations. My role is to help you leverage what you already possess to work towards more of what you want to see in your life.

The core of my practice will always be respect, empathy, and unconditional warmth, to ensure you are provided with the safe and supportive space that you need in order to grow. My approach is generally supportive and action-oriented, but I will invite you to collaborate on what works best for you, based on your personal goals and needs. At the heart of my practice is an unwavering faith in our inner strength and resilience, and the firmly-held belief that we need connection and support to access these. Let’s work together to create the inner life you deserve!
