Each of us faces period of struggle throughout life. Whether we face obstacles personally, professionally, internally, externally, finding assistance and support can be profoundly beneficial. I have over 15 years of working in health and wellness, specializing in movement therapy, meditation and mindfulness. My background has allowed me to become well-versed in somatic work, accessing thoughts and feelings through awareness of one’s physical body.
As individuals, we are a culmination of internal and external situations and experiences. Taking the time to reflect and develop an awareness of these events can help create more profound levels of understanding and longer-lasting opportunities for change. I approach the counselling practice from a wholistic perspective. My goal as a counsellor is to ensure that you feel both seen and heard — I realize there is much more to you than the eye can see or the adjectives that the world uses to describe you.
Goals and solutions are developed collaboratively, and I hope to aid you in feeling empowered and capable.
